These days, I just keep doing only one exercise called rope skipping, I found that my physical power is not as good as before. When I was in junior 3, I could keep roping skipping for more than 1.5 minutes and roped about 150 times, but now, just 50 times. How terrible I am!!!After my roping, I felt so relaxed, so I finally realize that how important the exercise is.Of course, I understand some advantages of doing exercise, like can make people relax and lose weight, it is good for developing my memory .I will try my best!!!! Then I changed to another kind of sport:badminton.I am very very very bad at it, so at the beginning of playing badminton, I could never cathch and receive the ball,and sometimes, I even could not serve a ball, so no matter I was in which group, this group will fail, I had the ashamed immediately, so I realized I must practise my badminton skill not only for myself ,but also for my classmates, then I went to Mr.Harris , he told me to play with the wall first,and tried my best to make the ball higher on the wall, it was very hard for me because I was very bad at springing ability but I never gave it up, just try my best to jump higher to make the ball more and more higher than before, so at last, I got some prograss, then I found some tricks about playing badminton:adjust mentality and physical power before playing it, adjust the direction of the racket(it based on the direction of the fall ball), concentrate my attention on the fall ball and of course, adjust the step as quickly as possible. Thereupon , I kept practising once a week: every Saturday , I played badminton with my parents. Now, I can serve a ball easily, but still have difficulty in catch. However, I will not give it up forever. From my expreience of these two physical activities, I found that Math and planning are very useful in physical activities: I need to plan what to eat and eat how much before doing physical activties because I must know how much food can help me during my physical activities.Every time after doing my physical activities, I realxed myself more and I could remember words easier , that is the real meaning for shoot two hawks with one arrow!!!Ha Ha~~~!!!!
